Interesting fact: the choice of this name is linked to a word of the ancient Rome, Giomelle, which means union of two things, in fact the wine Giomè is the union of two of the major grape varieties in the area of the hinterland of Lake Garda, namely the grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
