Typology: still rosè wine

Vines: Groppello 30%, Marzemino 30%, Sangiovese 20%, Barbera 20%

Production area: Brescia side of Lake Garda

Climate: mild climate typical of lake areas

Soil: limestone and clay

Altitude: 120 m a.s.l.

Production yield: 100 quintals per hectare

Average age of the vines: 25/30 years

Wine-making techniques: tumultuos fermentation at 13-14 Celsius degrees. The maceration takes place for about 12/24 hours at a temperature of 4-5 Celsius degrees

Aging: not provided

Ageing: four months in stainless steel vats

Colour: bright pink

Fragrance: elegant and persuasive, with hints of white almond, strawberry and flowers of spring

Taste: fresh and with a good body, rich flavor

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Interesting fact: it is distinguished by its color and delicate structure, particularly suited to feminine taste

Menu combinations: perfect with fresh water fish, but also with mushrooms or poultry without sauces, or with pizza

Serving temperature: 12°/14° C
