Vines: the best red berry grapes

Wine-making techniques: it is obtained through the CECI method, which entails three fermentation processes in three different moments. The first process is when the must turns into wine, then a part of the wine from the previous year is re-fermented in the bottle and is then added to the sparkling wine base, where the last fermentation takes place with the Martinotti method

Colour: pale yellow

Fragrance: fresh and fruity

Taste: ripe sensation of fermentation in bottles in the final

Alcoholic content: 12% Vol.

Interesting fact: it’s a Cuveè made from the most widespread red berry varieties found on our extraordinary territory, situated at the foot of the hills: a really exclusive Blanc de Noir

Menu combinations: this wine is perfect for aperitifs and comes out well with delicate salami and cold pork meats and fish dishes

Serving temperature: 6°/7° C
