Cultivar: Leccino and Casaliva 90%, Frantoio 10%

Production area: Brescia side of Lake Garda

Climate: mild climate typical of lake areas

Soil: limestone and clay

Altitude: 120 m a.s.l.

Harvesting method: hand made

Extraction method: continuous operation press

Colour : brilliant, yellow with pale green notes

Fragrance : delicate fruity notes, then almond and vanilla notes to the nose

Taste : elegant to the taste, sweet with a light bitter note in the end

Interesting fact: this oil is obtained from the careful selection of olives of the Frantoio, Casaliva and Leccino varieties, characteristic of Lake Garda, manually harvested and pressed at the correct time with cold grinding

Serving: on delicate meal, such as fresh water fish, vegetables, poultry
