Production area: Brescia side of Lake Garda

Climate: mild climate typical of lake areas

Production yield: 100 quintals per hectare

Average age of the vines: 20/25 years

Wine-making techniques: tumultuos and malolactic fermentation at 13 – 14 Celsius degrees

Ageing: four months in stainless steel vats

Colour: pale yellow

Fragrance: delicate, tangy and fresh, with hints of almond and apple

Taste: fresh and with a good body, rich flavor

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol

Interesting fact: the nature of the terrain, constituted of stratified clay, but with a prevalently chalky soil, caused by effects of the post ice age on the bed of Lake Garda, confers on this wine its own peculiar characteristic in the straw colour with greenish reflections, in the delicate perfume with a hint of almond and in the dry taste with a saline hint
