Climate: sunny with mild temperatures in both summer and winter

Wine-making techniques: soft pressing of the grapes and partial fermentation of must at controlled temperature

Colour: quite bright straw yellow

Fragrance: strong, aromatic, characteristic, very nice

Taste: sparkling, sweet for its sugary trace, very tasty

Alcoholic content: 11,5% vol

Interesting fact: white wine obtained by straw-yellow malvasia grapes, with strong fragrance and aromatic taste

Menu combinations: it goes well with fruit cakes and desserts

Serving temperature: 8°/9° C
