Wine-making techniques: traditional maceration and subsequent aging for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks

Colour: deep red with garnet highlights

Fragrance: strong, fruity, slightly vinous

Taste: dry, quiet, fine, of full body

Alcoholic content: 12,5% vol

Interesting fact: it is obtained from the careful vinification of Barbera and Bonarda grapes gathered on the hills of Piacenza. The color is deep red, full and persistent taste and distinctive aroma

Menu combinations: it goes well with red meats, game and Piacenza salami

Serving temperature: 16°/18° C
