Classification: Aged grappa

Ingredients: marc of Corvina, Molinara e Rondinella (Amarone skin)

Distillation/production method: batch distillation. Aged more than twelve months in French oak barrels

Colour: rich straw yellow close to amber

Fragrance: fruity, intense

Taste: spicy, pleasant, slightly aromatic

Alcohol content: 40% Vol.

Interesting fact: “Amarone Aged Grappa” is a distillate from Amarone skin, aged for more than twelve months in French oak barrels of 220/330 lt., constructed with Limousin, Troncais and Allier. “Amarone Aged Grappa” is produced in numbered bottles

Consumption: it is specially suited to after-meal experiences and social occasions

Serving temperature: it is recommended that this product be served at a temperature of about 16° C
