Colour: heavy golden brown
Fragrance: intense, characterised by ageing in barriques, vanilla-flavoured, smooth, persistent
Taste: velvety, smooth, vanilla-flavoured with great persistence and aftertaste
Alcohol content: 44% Vol.
Interesting fact: the ancient art of distillation has always been a prerogative of Premiata Distilleria Bertagnolli which reserves part of its more noble grapes for ageing. This is the source of “Decem”, an excellent grappa boasting unique organoleptic features that have derived highly elegant aromas and bouquets from the wood
Consumption: ideal to combine with dark chocolate and cigar
Serving temperature: it is recommended that this product be served at a temperature of 16° C. Recommended glass is a Cognac Ballon. To fully experience its sensorial features, Decem Grappa requires proper oxygenation. Before drinking it, it is recommended to leave in the glass for a few minutes
