Fragrance: intense, eggs and fresh milk smell, rum

Taste: soft, velvety, intense, pleasant

Alcohol content: 17% Vol.

Interesting fact: Bombardino is a traditional product of people living on the mountains. It’s made of eggs, milk, sugar and alcool and was used as build up, because rich in vitamins and proteins

Consumption: it’s a liquor used cold on ice or just as after dinner and also warm, served with coffee and cream as dessert

Serving temperature: recommend to serve, in winter, heated with the addition of whipped cream and/or coffee. Serve iced in summer
