Alcohol content: 40% Vol.
Interesting fact: as per the old italian tradition of distilling wine to obtain a fruity, harmonious and pleasant distillate, our distillery, since its establishment, has reserved a painstaking care to the art of distillation not only of pomace but of wine itself. In order to improve the qualitity of distillate, we have endeavoured to use high quality wines, sure that the intrinsic prerogatives of the raw material could pass on the distillate unique features which would give the product a distinct identity.
We proceeded to distil “Rosa Muscat Wine from the region of Trento”, knowing that the fine and characteristic aromas, achieved after a lenght ageing process, could be major components along with the vanilla-scent, a typical feature of Limousine, Troncais and Allier wood. From this research and after a careful selection, we obtained this special brandy, meant for demanding customers who appreciate aged aquavits
Consumption: it is specially suited to after-meal experiences and social occasions. It should be sipped slowly in order to appreciate all the organoleptic qualities which make this product a source of numerous pleasant aromas and which are worth tasting and meditating upon
Serving temperature: it is recommended that this product be served at a temperature of 15/16° C. Recommended glass is a Cognac Ballon. To fully experience its sensorial features, Acquavite di Moscato Rosa requires proper oxygenation. Before drinking it, it is recommended to leave in the glass for a few minutes
