Classification: Aged grappa

Ingredients: multi-vine marc

Production area: region of Trento

Distillation/production method: batch distillation. Aged about 9/12 months in big oak barrels

Colour: straw yellow

Fragrance: fragrant, intense, distinct, spicy

Taste: smooth, harmonious, balanced, slightly vanilla-flavoured

Alcohol content: 40% Vol.

Interesting fact: the historical perception of grappa, even in recent times, has been that of a “strong drink” meant for few selected enthusiasts. Bertagnolli, since the 60s, has been a forerunner of the evolution and education to grappa as a “gentle” drink, thanks to distillates boasting smooth and all-round tastes. “Grappino Bianco” and “Grappino Oro” Bertagnolli are a typical example of this trend. They are the distillery’s historical products which have created culture in a world where the acknowledgment of quality can only come from commitment, research, experience and patience

Consumption: it is specially suited to after-meal experiences and social occasions

Serving temperature: it is suggested that this product be served at a temperature of 16° C. In the summer season, even lower temperatures are recommended
