Storia/History

La storia del nostro birrificio nasce dal trasferimento di un amico, David (il birraio), che dalla bassa parmense arriva nei nostri lidi ai piedi del monte Legnone. Immersi nella natura, tra monti e laghi, porta con sè le sue birre che, degustate con gli amici, provocano in loro emozioni ed allegria. Quelle emozioni, sera dopo sera, portarono all’idea di impiantare nella bassa Valtellina e più precisamente a Dubino, un birrificio per produrre birre artigianali di qualità, che, con l’acqua cristallina dei monti, diventeranno davvero speciali. Quattro menti iniziarono a ragionare, valutare, progettare e da lì tutto ebbe inizio. Dopo mesi di progetti, viaggi, letture, gioie e dolori nasce il “Birrificio Legnone”. Un lungo viaggio che ci ha portato e ci porterà a creare le nostre birre completamente artigianali seguendo gli standard di produzione che fanno di questa bevanda un’eccellenza. The history of our brewery starts when a friend, David (the brewer), decided to move from Parma to our place situated under Mount Legnone. Surrounded by nature, mountains and lakes, he brought with him his beers, beers that were able to create emotions and joy when tasted with his friends. Those emotions, night after night, led to the idea of creating in Valtellina, and more precisely in Dubino, a brewery where to produce quality craft beers. These beers, with the crystal clear water from the mountains, will indeed become very special. Four minds started to think, evaluate, design, and from there it all began. After months of projects, travels, reading, joys and sorrows was born the “Brewery Legnone”. A long journey that has brought us and it will keep leading us to create our beers, completely handmade, according to the standards of production that make this drink an excellence.
