Storia/History

Birra Toccalmatto ha iniziato le sue produzioni a Fidenza nell’Ottobre del 2008 con un impianto da 550 Litri per cotta. Si tratta del coronamento del sogno personale del fondatore Bruno Carilli, che dopo varie esperienze manageriali nell’industria alimentare ed in particolare nell’industria birraria, ha maturato l’idea di iniziare a produrre birra artigianale. Dalla passione per le birre vive di tradizione belga e britannica parte un progetto con altri tre amici, e l’inizio di questa nuova avventura.

Beer Toccalmatto began producing Fidenza in October 2008 with a facility to be cooked to 550 Liters. This is the culmination of a dream of founder Bruno personnel Carillo, who after several managerial experience in the food and beer in particular, has the idea to start producing craft beer. The passion for beer lives of British and Belgian tradition from a project with three other friends, and the beginning of this new adventure.
